SRL/SRZ type radiator
SRL/SRZ type radiator is an air heater with steam or hot water (130-70℃) as heat medium. It is widely used in hot air heating and air conditioning system.
SRL/SRZ type radiator is made of spiral finned tubes with steel tubes wrapped around aluminium bands.
SRL/SRZ type radiator adopts steel pipe winding steel belt type spiral finned tube.
SRL/SRZ type radiator consists of two types and 37 varieties, and its model number is composed of pinyin sub no and two sets of numbers.
Cold water surface cooler can be used for wet cooling of air (cooling, humidity): condensate is precipitated when the air is cooled, dry cooling (such as wet cooling, air cooling, moisture content remains unchanged) can also be used to heat the air with.
Features:

Example KL-1 type 2×12×1400 aluminium pressure plate cooling surface type cooler 1 type 2 rows, the number of surface roots is 12, the effective length of the rib tube is 1400mm.
Installation
1. the heater should be used and connected, after installation to ensure that the heater level, stable, reasonable height, fan back-up should be in the wall to maintain a certain space, more than 100mm can be.
2. The mounting bracket or other related accessories for fixing the heater are not included in the heater products, and the users should prepare their own.
3. Diameter of water inlet and outlet pipe of heater (DN40～DN80)
4. The water inlet and return pipe can be connected by screwing or welding.
5. Valve should be installed on the water inlet pipe.
6. The louvres of the air outlet should be fixed by the nut on the louvre adjusting handle after adjusting.
7. the power of heater motor is according to the chart, voltage 380v, wiring should be operated by professional electrician.
8. Before the fan is powered on for the first time, it should observe whether there is any foreign matter near the impeller and swing the impeller to observe whether there is any scraping phenomenon when the impeller is rotating.
9. Observe whether the rotating direction of the impeller is correct after the fan is powered on, and judge whether the rotating direction of the impeller is correct according to the direction of the air outlet.
Instructions and precautions for use
1. The installation form is shown in the figure.
2. The heater should be matched with the corresponding heat medium pipeline system, and a water cut-off valve should be installed on the return water branch pipe of the heater, and an air venting device should be installed on the whole pipeline system. 3.
3. The heat medium piping system should be cleaned before connecting with the heater, and there should be a water release valve under each heater.
4. In order to adjust the water flow of each heater in the system, the system design should be the same programme. 5.
5. GS heater using hot water temperature should be maintained at 80 degrees - 90 degrees above, not less than 75 degrees, the water flow must be used to heat the water flow rate in the exhaust pipe to maintain a flow rate of 0.2 metres per second or more.
6. After using the heater for 2-3 years, chemical methods should be used to remove the dirt in the drain pipe. To reduce scale, the heat used
should be softened. The pipework system should be filled with water to reduce corrosion during the heating cessation season.
